Body
Fabricated in double walled constructionS. S.304 quality framework from inside & outside the unitmounted onrigid steelframework, the gap in between the two walls is filled with thick fiber glass wool for insulations.
Then it is also provided with air inlet-outlet, air filter, Insulated door inter locking with limit switch door, carriage trolley, floor trolley etc.
Unitis provided with a double door at the front & back side (For sterilizer & Non-sterilizer area.)
The door lips will have silicon gasket prevent the leakage.

It is driven by 0.5HP/2800RPM/415 V/50Hz/AC Supply Non-flame proof Motor.
The inlet air is passed through 5 micron, 10 micron filters & cooling coil.

Heaterassmbly Electricheating
Air entering the drier is heated by tubular electric fin heaters of 1.5 Kw each.
Total heating load will be14 KW. The total heating load will be divided into four heating zones.
Temperature of inlethotairis controlled by Digital temperature controller cum indicator.
Cooling Coilassmbly
Fabricated from SS 304 quality material.
Air entering the drier is cooling by cooling coil.

Inlet Blower Assembly

It is driven by 1.5 HP/1400 RPM/415 V/50 Hz/AC Supply Non-flame proofs Motor.
Air circulation inside the sterilizer chamber will be by this blower assembly.
